杨磊,博士,研究员,硕士生导师。2003年毕业于曲阜师范大学,获得理学学士学位;2008年毕业于中科院兰州化物所,获理学博士学位,期间获中科院“朱李月华优秀博士生奖”、中科院研究生院“三好学生”、“优秀学生干部”和“优秀毕业生”等称号。毕业后留在羰基合成与选择氧化国家重点实验室工作,2010年晋升为副研究员,2013年入选第三批中科院青年创新促进会会员,同年获得中科院兰州化物所“十佳优秀青年”荣誉称号,2014年聘为项目研究员,并被遴选为硕士研究生导师。2014年获得欧盟第七框架玛丽居里国际来访学者项目(FP7-PEOPLE-2013-IIF)资助,于2014年11月至2017年12月,在法国里昂第一大学和瑞士巴塞尔大学从事博士后研究。2019年5月以杭州师范大学卓越人才计划引进调入有机硅化学及材料技术实验室工作。目前主要从事有机硅化学和均相催化反应研究,在特种氟硅化合物催化转化、新型硅基(催化)材料创制和惰性键活化等方面开展工作。

先后主持完成中科院“西部之光”人才培养计划西部博士课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目2项和欧盟第七框架玛丽居里国际来访学者项目1项等;并作为骨干成员,先后参与国家自然科学基金委、科技部和中科院的多项重要科研项目,在均相催化领域取得了一系列研究成果。以第一作者和通讯作者在Chem. Rev., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Sci., ACS. Catal.,Org. Lett., Chem. Eur. J., Adv. Synth. Catal.和Catal. Sci. Technol., 有机化学等重要国内外学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,篇均引用40多次(至2019年7月)。部分工作被Synfacts, ChemInform, OPRD, X-Mol, CBG及专业学术期刊、网站Highlight或书籍收录。
