个人简介:博士毕业后先后在中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所羰基合成与选择氧化国家重点实验室(副研究员,主任助理)、杭州师范大学有机硅化学及材料技术教育部重点实验室(研究员,科研团队负责人)从事研究工作,期间还先后在法国国家科研中心、新加坡国立大学及东京大学(JSPS学者)从事合作研究工作,近年来还先后被遴选为杭州市政府特殊津贴获得者,浙江省高校中青年学科带头人,杭师大校学术委员会委员,浙江省杰出青年基金获得者。目前主要从事不对称催化合成及有机硅化学、均相催化及有机硅新材料等方面的研究,先后主持了10余项省部级及以上各类科技项目,迄今已在Chem. Soc. Rev., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等化学类国际著名学术期刊发表论文150余篇,并已被引用超3000次(H因子为29);近年来已获得国内外科技成果奖励5项,包括2项省部级自然科学二等奖及1项德国的Thieme Chemistry Journal Award国际学术奖。
